TealCo does not have a retail store or a showroom; all of TealCo's business is done through mail, internet, or telephone ordering.

How does TealCo.net get most of its customers?
We used to advertise in magazines, most notably DISCOVER, but it was just too expensive. Most of our business comes by word of mouth and from repeat customers - especially at Christmas time. We also are mentioned and linked to here and there all over the internet and on all the major search engines.
Does TealCo sell customer information to telemarketers or junk mailers?
No. Never. TealCo.net is 100% SPAM-free.
Does TealCo.net accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of their delivery date and refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

What shipping service do you use?
We currently use only the Unites States Postal Service. PLEASE USE A DELIVERY ADDRESS THAT THE USPS DELIVERS TO.
Do your packages have tracking numbers?
No, USPS does not offer tracking numbers except for Express packages.
How long do packages take to arrive?
Standard delivery, domestic packages usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Overnight arrives the next business day.
*Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not business days, and orders placed late in the day cannot be shipped until the following day. (The mail truck only comes once, around 2 PM CST.)
PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE WHEN ESTIMATING DELIVERY TIMES. If you oder a package on a weekend, it probably won't be in the mail until Monday.
International orders usually take 7 to 10 days, assuming your country's customs department does not delay delivery. CANADA'S CUSTOMS IS SOMETIMES VERY SLOW. THEY SOMETIMES HOLD PACKAGES FOR UP TO A MONTH. We have no control over this.
