Well... We sell a bunch of LED light up frisbees discs here at TealCo.net... Day after day, week after week, they sell and sell. We sell blue ones, red ones, green ones, Aerobies, Yomegas, Orbys, FlashFlights... and the list goes on. One of the most popular selling light-up frisbees discs has always been the FlashFlight Disc-O. I can't say scientifically or definitively why the Disc-O sells so well, but the thing that really sets it apart from most of the others is the color changing LED. Apparently people in general really like the extra element of their light-up frisbee disc changing color mid-air. This could be explained in a lot of different ways, but the fact is that people dig 'em.
Another possible explanation for the Disc-O's popularity is the total coolness of the disco fever freak with the fro in the FlashFlight advertisements. Maybe some people aspire to be as mod as he. Or maybe they hope that the Disc-O will induce hair growth. Probably not, just a thought. Wasn't that guy on That 70's Show?
Disc-O light up frisbees discs use the same CR2016 batteries as all the other FlashFlight discs. They come with batteries installed, and we sell replacement batteries at a very low price. It's probably a good idea to get some extras when you order your Disc-O, because the original battery will eventually run out and you know you don't want to have to go looking for the right battery at stores. (Shipping is free for batteries when bought with a disc.)
